Crawler API

Use the endpoints to manage crawling jobs:

• POST /jobs - Create a new job
• POST /jobs/:jobId/start - Start a job
• POST /jobs/:jobId/restart - Restart a job
• GET /jobs/:jobId/status - Get job status
• POST /jobs/:jobId/stop - Stop a running job
